• We can even accommodate bulk custom-fit orders!

Please note that because custom-made orders are tailored to fit each individual, they are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Here’s how it works:

• Browse through our products page to find the design that you would like to purchase, then click SIZE to select custom fit.
• Add your selected item to the cart and proceed to checkout.
• Once you make the purchase, you will automatically receive an email from us with your Order number.
• When you have received your Order number, please proceed to our CUSTOM FIT PAGE to input your custom fit measurements. Please refer to our How to Measure section below for images and instructions to obtain the most accurate measurements.
• After filling out our online form, add a detailed message and picture, if applicable, of how you would like your Ao Dai to be customized. Our staff is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, so please feel free to write in whatever language you are most comfortable.
• Please remember to include your Order number, and then click SUBMIT. Please allow 2 business days to receive a confirmation from us.

SHIPPING TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

Please allow us 2-4 weeks to create your one-of-a kind Ao Dai. Our products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. After our diligent staff tailors your garment to your precise measurements and vision, shipping from Vietnam to United States will take approximately 2-3 weeks. So, please allow a total of 4 to 7 weeks to receive your custom orders.

A few tips to follow while taking your measurements:

• We recommend having someone else take the measurements for you using a soft tape measure.
• For the most accurate measurements, wear clothes that are lightweight and form fitting. We recommend wearing a lightly padded bra—or whatever type of undergarment you will wear with your Ao Dai—a light tank top, leggings, and heels.
• Pull the tape measure snug, but not tight. You should be able to fit a finger under it.
