How to Get Started

We’ve made the process simple and personalized:

1. Reach Out to Us
Contact us via call, text, or email to begin your custom request.

2. Submit Your Measurements

  • If you are able to visit our home-boutique, we will take your measurements in person.
  • If not, you can follow our measurement guide video to take your own measurements at home, and submit to us.

3. Share Your Vision
Send us:

  • Inspiration photos (styles, colors, patterns you love)
  • Any specific requests or details you’d like incorporated

4. Design & Consultation
We will review your request and work closely with you to refine the design before moving forward.

Important Notes

  • Each ao dai is custom-made, and slight variations may occur depending on fabric availability and hand-finished details
  • Lace, embroidery, and embellishments may be adapted to achieve the most elegant final result
  • Custom pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Timeline

  • Production: 4–6 weeks
  • Shipping (Vietnam → U.S.): Approximately 2 weeks
  • Estimated Total: 6–8 weeks

Each garment is carefully handcrafted, so timing may vary slightly depending on design complexity. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

Holiday Notice – Lunar New Year (Tết)

During Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tết), production timelines will be extended.

Our atelier in Vietnam observes this important holiday, and our team will be off for approximately 10 days to celebrate with their families.

We recommend placing your order well in advance if your timeline falls near this period.
